"Well-maintained property with lovely garden."

After our initial disappointment with the assigned house, we did enjoy the grounds, the cleanliness and the peace and quiet. Massimo responded to all our requests, for items that we needed. The house we stayed in is nicely furnished and decorated. The TV is good. The pool is ideal for a family with kids, or for dipping into on hot days. The location is ideal for touring the area, both Pisa and Florence are less than an hour away. Massimo only speaks Italian - a plus for me!

Our initial disappointment was due to the photos on the Booking.com website not being differentiated. All of the accommodation photos depict the 3 bedroom house. We got the 2 bedroom house, which was what we booked, but this misunderstanding started our holiday on a sour note. However, the two bedroom house was fine, we just weren't prepared to be sharing the property. Pros and cons of staying in the country - there is nothing within walking distance, and the local roads are only wide enough for one car. Parking is tight - you must agree a system with your neighbours. This could be sorted by making a parking spot beside the smaller house. Although the TV is good, the WiFi doesn't permit casting. We didn't ask about this, and maybe it could be sorted by the flick of a switch.

"Recommend for quiet agriturismo experience!"

It was very calm and comfortable stay in the village. We were greeted not only by a host, but also by two "branch managers", meaning, friendly doggies. We had lots of space, comfy coach and Netflix - perfect for spending calm evening to rest for the next day. There were lots of cutlery, glasses, wine opener, all You need to set a good dinner for Yourself. Also, bed was very comfortable, we really did have a great sleep.

Maybe it could have been a bit cleaner, there were trash in the bin, in other bins - no trash bags. We were wondering, maybe this is on purpose as host is recycling? Not sure.
