the host was rude during the check in process insulting me in whatsapp, when she was the one being ignorant, not knowing that the word optional meant. for context, she said the property had an option to self checkin online. after the process failed to work, I said I wanted to checkin in person, and she got angry and kept saying there was an option to self check in, after the third time she called me stupid. this from a person whose english is at best a b1. the heaters remotes were out of battery, and we couldn't replace them because to do that we needed to remove the hot glue from the remotes, and the host said she couldn't allow us to do that until her brother arrived. after the first night I found a manual switch that turned on the heater, I had to climb on top of the kitchen table to reach it and the button was a all on, so it was either 100% or 0%, and given the -5 outside we had to go full speed on the heater. the cleaning was crap, there were two worms (I took pictures) that looked like they had come from under the sink, there was a lot of dust on the floor and the bed sheets had holes in them.

I like the location off the house nice and friendly.

I only missing the fan because in the summer is wow in the night as well.

Lovely bright apartment with lovely picture window looking out onto an old building clad in greenery. Very clean and well equipped.

It was a bit shabby outside but updated inside to a really good standard

Very good value for money. Very clean Modern and decorated to a high standard Ideal for solo traveller or couple just using it as a base to explore (outside city centre but Metro only 6min walk away)
