The clean white linen The bed was comfortable

Location. Decor. Too crowded. No TV-apps didn't work. The person answering the phone wasn't even aware that I paid and requested POP although it was an immediate payment with booking. I requested information earlier on booking in date and never received it.

Nothing.

I booked at Alena guesthouse and when i got to the location i was informed they were fully booked and they will take me to another guest house. When we got to the other location it did not look safe and the host was not so welcoming. The room was clean but did not have a pleasant smell. The shower is shared and we had to wait for a long period of time before taking a shower. The place we were taken to do not look like a guest house. I did not enjoy my stay

The outside part of the house paved well if they could improve and renovate the house as well.

Whenever they are expecting a guest, the owner should let the ladies who assist in welcoming guests know about the visitor. It is not good to wait outside while they are trying to confirm your visits.

Clean ,safe and sound quaet I enjoyed definitely next time I will use the guest house
