Very clean and modern parking on street but no problems. Shared kitchen so no kettle in room in room 3 which was at the back and very quiet

Exceptional value, spotlessly clean,comfortable, quiet, and warm. Good facilities. The room was basic,but it was cosy,and we'd certainly rebook

Someone (hopefully the cleaner) burst into our room at 11.02 am as we were just about to leave.I know check out is 11am,but I would've thought a few minutes grace would be allowed, or at least a knock on the door before entering.i know strictly speaking we should have already left,but sometimes being a little late checking out is unavoidable

Scratchy duvet and lack of TV

Close to shops and food places. It is basically a small terrace house in old rundown part of city, room converted into individual rooms. Rooms are of good size if staying sole. Price was very reasonable. Good internet connection.

No house keeping, you have to do everything including washing dishes and toilets. Noise is a big problem. No staff on site and in case of emergency no one is there. No dedicated parking, you have to park on a busy street and need a good luck to find a space.
