The room was spacious and well furnished. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

There was a marriage in the hotel, which made it noisy. There was loud sound of cooking non-veg dishes (pounding). There was also music till 10 pm.

Beautiful rooms and facilities were excellent. Washroom was clean and big. Comfortable bed.

Food quality was not very good.

I like the big house, but when I stayed there was a wedding, it was chaotic, noisy, and my room had to walk through the kitchen, which had the smell of animals cooking.

The room has to walk through a smelly kitchen.

Srinagar has a new address for a delightful and warm stay! I stayed here for a night with family.Their base category room is large enough for a family of 3 or 4 and always kept spick and span along with ensuite washrooms with fully stacked bathroom amenities. My kids also enjoyed being outdoor in the garden which also has a gazebo to enjoy evening tea with snacks and area for small bonfire.Their chef made us delectable kebabs and Rogan Josh a Kashmiri delicacy. Their staff is very cooperative and they helped us with our infant's meals even during late at night. Housekeeping is top notch ,thanks to their attentive and energetic team. I am eagerly looking forward to staying here again during my next visit to Srinagar, 100% recommended to all visitors to Kashmir.

This property is centrally located with exceptional hospitality, delicious Kashmiri food and friendly staff with a great eye for details and always going above and beyond to delight their guests.Property has lot of open space both within and outside the premises .We enjoyed the evening walk near the bank of Jhelum river .Kudos to Sajad and Iqbal for ensuring we had a memorable time .I wish to recommend this place to all who are coming to Srinagar for work or vacation.

The resort is centrally located in the upscale area Raj Bagh, srinagar , centrally located and walkable to many areas like Dal Lake, popular restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with bed being the main highlight and lot of natural daylight and fresh air. This area is less crowded and easily connected by cabs or local transport. The staff gave us express check in which was a pleasant surprise as we were tired after a long day at work and also accommodated our request for an early breakfast in the room. Breakfast had both Indian and continental options and their Kahwah -Kashmiri green tea is a must try for all tea lovers.
