I liked almost everything, the stuff were awesome, attentive, amenities, and the Jacuzzi

If I'm being extremely nitpicking, I'd suggest they serve chopped up fruits unlike whole fruits, cos this isn't a cheap resort either ha ha

"The stuff need more training and they need to have their restaurant and bar stocked."

The chalet is beautiful, it was nice and warm through the cold night and the shower was nice and hot with lots of pressure.

The restaurant is pathetic, they barely had anything we asked for and we had to double check the bills a few times as they were adding things we did not eat or drink.
