If you want a quit room this is not the place. It has thin walls so you can hear your neighbour talking.

GBGreat place to stay, easy to find from the A9, check in instructions were easy to follow. Room was clean and spacious, lovely breakfast tray left for us. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, it was a perfect place to stop over on the way to Orkney. Nice evening walk into Tain for a chippy tea. Easy parking although someone else had taken up two spaces.

No need for all the cushions 🙂 Soundproofing not great, but luckily other guests weren't noisy, but it was easy to hear everything.
GBThe bed was large and very comfortable. Thoughtful breakfast pack. Bathroom clean. No staff on site but Access was explained and easy.
It was a little further out of Tain than we realised. A minor observation a plate would have been nice for breakfast. Cutlery supplied but nothing to eat off.
