Staff extremely rude rather bunch of idiots. Our stay was from 7pm 24th to 4am 25th Feb 2024. We are sr citizens but they had no consideration even I had to carry our luggage from 1st floor in the morning as they refused. Horrible stay of my life and I wudn't recommend anyone.
