Mooie plek, authentiek ingericht wat erg past bij de sfeer van Noorwegen

Als je lang bent moet je veel bukken

authentiek, veel oude details. alles beschikbaar, ruim.

soms iets teveel prullaria. En veel dode vliegen. ook wat muf wat door rituals geurstokjes werd verminderd. maar beste werkte open doen van ramen en even doorluchten.

It is very quaint with lots of historical features giving a small insight into life in Valdres over a hundred or more years ago. I would love to hear about it’s history. It feels isolated, but has a Joker shop five minutes walk away. Perfect.

The WiFi is temperamental; it never seems to remain connected to the internet for more than 2-3 days. There is good 5G.

A beautiful period wooden house with fabulous views, very quiet but close to a good supermarket.

We would have found a freezer useful, though not essential

Wonderful large log cabin full of woodburners and the owners history, there was also firewood. This could have been an amazing stay but the place had not been cleaned, although it had everything that we needed we couldn't use most of it as it was dirty. Norgesbooking were very good, I can't fault them, they responded to my issues very quickly and efficiently and offered us alternative accommodation or to have the cabin cleaned. Unfortunately the alternative accommodation was not clean either. As we were only there for 2 nights there wasn't sufficient time to have the place cleaned so we cleaned what we needed to and made the best of a bad situation.

Previous occupants had not cleaned the property, it had been left filthy which ruined our short stay in what should have been an amazing building

Such a nice house, very cozy, good beds, full kitchen and a good location if you like quit places

The house was full of doghair when we got there.
