Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows: - Bed linen: EUR 50 per reservation, - Towels: EUR 50 per reservation. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 100 per pet applies. Garage parking is available for EUR 100 per stay, per car. Garage parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Parking is available for 1 car per reserved standard apartment. Parking is available for 2 cars for the duplex apartment. Parking is not available for dormitory bookings unless arranged at the time of booking. No pets are allowed for Shared-Dorm bookings, but only for private apartments"Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required.
