CASA LOLA

Utleier er en veldig vennlig og hjelpsom mann. Vi spurte om vi kunne få en brødrister i leiligheten. Dette ordnet han med en gang. Det var lett å finne parkering da blokka hadde flere parkeringsplasser. Godt med varmt vann og håndklær.

Jeg trodde det skulle være en balkong til leiligheten siden det sto på booking.com Det stemte ikke. Leiligheten er litt mørk.

Hôte très agréable et au petit soin ! Appartement proche de la mer et Pise n’est qu’à 1/2h de voiture. Belle découverte de Livourne et des alentours et secteur calme et agréable .

Casa Lola is an amazing apartment, very cosy and spacious. Good equipped kitchen. Super comfortable bed in bedroom. Massimiliano is a great host!

The only one thing we had problem with flush in the toilet and at the begging we didn’t have hot water because boiler was turned off and we didn’t know that.

Massimo est un amour 😍 très gentil et serviable! L appartement est vraiment super même le petit problème de chasse d’eau n’est pas dérangeant!

Pour moi il manque la clime dans la chambre au moins car il fait super chaud 🥵 mais sinon tout est parfait ! Pour les touristes faites attention au bus car nous avons pris le bus pour aller en ville acheter les billets et avons demander au chauffeur de bus un ticket car nous avions pas de carte crédit il a dis allais vous assoir et la contrôle billet on as du payer 126 euro car le chauffeur n’a pas donner nos billets ! La contrôleuse parler français elle m’a dis vous venez chez nous vous devais connaître les règles bref attention ils aiment bien chopper les touristes

Це велике затишне помешкання прийде до смаку інтелігентним людям. Наче квартира музей, відкриває таємницю своїх творчих талановитих мешканців, які були такі гостинні і запросили до себе в гості. Це саме дійсно справжнє житло італійців - з усіма його колоритними дрібничками.

can’t say anything the flat is lovely

The location is amazing. The apartment is quite large (for European standards) and very easy to walk to “downtown” Ardenza and to the sea. The apartment was stocked well with paper towels, extra toilet paper, hand soap and soap for shower, shampoo (brought my own tho), hair dryer, plenty of extra blankets and towels too. Massimo is an awesome host. Very responsive, friendly and helpful. He also provided us with a spare set of keys which is great. Parking also very easy on street which is a huge plus. Oh and great storage space in master bedroom as well as a super comfy bed.

We 99% loved it but having been to many air bnb-type places, feel guests should be aware of the following: no microwave (but I did get used to boiling water for tea in little cup/pot so not a huge deal), no American-type coffee machine (but a mocha maker is provided which is great), the bathroom and kitchen could use a little TLC/updating, especially the shower but not a deal-breaker if considering staying again (we did make holiday cookies in kitchen with great success). Again, for Americans, the apartment is older (like most things in Italy), but it’s also charming and spacious which makes up for the “vintage-ness” to us.

The location was great, apartment was clean and exactly as on the pictures. Great communication with the owner.
