"Clean room but not what I was expecting, no kitchen accesses, no iron, and no hairdryer available."

The room was clean

I was expecting kitchen access, and when I asked for clarification, I didn't get an answer. We receive the information of the lock box last minute on arrival, and my emails have been ignored from the days before. No hairdryer in the room or Iron, no shower box.

Very clean and totally new, excellent value for money, modern, good quality and Romano, the owner, is very pleasant and available person for any question. Bathroom is specially nice and large which you can rarely find in Italy
