They were using keys instead of cards for room.and bathroom was small

Great service and room

While the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very novice and untrained messing up our breakfast orders, not bringing us our ironed clothes on time, and telling us that taxes are not included even though they were. Moreover, the UPS system was set to turn the room lights ON when a power outage occurred causing us to wake up in the middle of the night even when all switches were off.

Second time staying at The Swiss Hotel Multan and I am beyond satisfied with the service of this hotel the staff are polite and respectful the rooms are very clean and modern. I want to thank the entire reception team for accommodating me and my family as we was in and out of hospital and was not sure of how many nights we require and they would always ensure a room was ready due to our circumstance we was not always able to call to reserve another night but they had ensured a room was ready. The hospitality and care we received is something which we will not forget. We normally stay at Ramada when visiting Multan but this will now be our local stop for a hotel when needed. We stayed a total of 6 nights and we can not point out a single issue with the hotel or the team working there. Once again thank you!
