The walls seemed thin, so you could hear other guests.

So, you just need to be aware that everywhere in Ushguli (at time of writing) is very basic. This place is in a great location right next to the ethnographic museum and the artist’s house and Monastery. Also be sure to try the restaurant owned by the host’s son (I think). It is called Stumari, wonderful views, very delicious food and you can pay by card which must be one of the only places in Ushguli where you can.

You get a towel and a bed and some loo paper. Shared bathroom is down the hall. That is it. Think of it more like camping with no hassle. Could have done with a bedside lamp.

It was very clean and the host was super nice and helpful The restaurant was offsite but the food was very good All the group enjoyed their stay and the beautiful view the gousthouse had

The location is at the end of the village which was hard to get after a long trekking but got the chance to see most.of the village

All the family members took good care of us, they are very aware about giving good customer service and to help, when needed and where possible. People with good heart. Once you walk around the village, you will realise that it is the best guesthouse in town and that its location is the best, because of the views and the proximity to places serving food. Inside is adapted and looks like a hotel. Everything was very clean. Nice living room to relax. Good wifi. Beds are comfortable. We slept and rested well. Bedrooms have a good size. Our bedroom had a very nice view.

Nothing major. A small closet or cabinet in the bedroom would have been convenient. We would have preferred to pay for a big breakfast at the house, prepared by the house owner. It is important to contribute with electricity saving, because it is expensive. Please be aware that restaurants charge (compulsory, not voluntary) 20% service, which does not incentivise consumption. We recommend stopping at the Spar supermarket in Lentekhi (last chance) and buy some extras. We did not see any supermarket in the village. A high car with 4 wheels traction is advisable, but not a must.

Nice little guesthouse in the middle of Ushguli. Comfortable beds and nice hot shower. Good value.

The hosts are nice, they speak a little English and Russian. Nice rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. The location is ideal for walks in the mountains.

There is absolutely no soundproofing between the rooms, the owners' apartments and the street. Only one sink for all six rooms.
