Lahos Apartament's

The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was well set up. The staff was super helpful, pleasant, and quickly responsive.

It's a 20 minute walk to town, but there are always tuk tuks about. The neighborhood gets noisy. We hope there are plans to add a bannister to the stairs.

The owner was very gentle, kind, and supportive. He shared with me where I should go in Atitlan, and helped me to find out the way of going to Guatemala City so promptly.

The owner already recognize the noise and prepared the ear plug, and I could use it though, sometimes, it was loud in the morning. He was very flexible and made my stay comfortable. I appreciate it.

The apartment was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Really well equipped kitchen, so could definitely also host longer stays. Comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets. Cozy warm light reading lamps in the bedroom which was a welcome change from the energy saving glaring lightbulbs you often get around these parts. Good water pressure and shower got really hot for those missing a proper hot shower in Guatemala. 8min tuktuk ride to the boat pier. Road noise didn't bother me at all, I always sleep with earplugs, but they also provide them if you need some. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

Like pretty much anywhere in Guatemala towns there were barking dogs at night, but I don't think that can be held against the place since it's really the same everywhere unless you go to a far off resort hotel.
