Location right at beach.. few good eateries at few minutes walking distance. Very good and cooperative host.

My room didn't had AC. Though the price i paid was ok. But I wouldn't feel troubled if I had an AC in room and I had paid more money for that. No any TV, though wifi was ok.

"Another great stay!"

Love the location of Anicia in the heart of a fishing village rather than the big resorts in the tourist area further up the beach. Rooms are spotless and has all you need, you get use of the small kitchen and refrigerator, the sea breeze cools the air, and the sounds of the waves lull you to sleep at night. It is the perfect base for an airport run- 29 minutes away and good for any last minute shopping in Negombo - 10 minute walk. Stayed here before and will stay again next time I'm in Sri Lanka.

There is nothing to dislike, it is what it is, a budget room perfect for travellers who want to be immersed in Sri Lanka culture, a place to sit and watch a village come together each evening on the sand to play cricket and dance.
