The young man working there, very helpful.

Drug dealers, very noisy all night,had to leave, not safe for a woman to stay there alone.The pictures on booking.com are a scam.All information was not correct.

Close to the beach, and the staff helped me with all my questions, great guy

Liked the service and location. Staff member on site was very friendly, accomodating and pleasant to deal with. Calm and quiet beautiful location with a nice bench outside to bask in the sea village feel, amongst the locals.

Consider adjusting the description and price of the the far end sea view room. Although there is a view that room is far warmer than the other once.

We had planned to spend the day and night right in front of the beach, so this is the ideal location to experience the sea breeze.

Anicia Beach House is at the heart of an authentic fishing village set right on the beach ,where you'll be greeted with a warm smile by Pathum who will take care of your every need , from cooking you a wonderful authentic Sri Lankan breakfast ,to taxi rides and where to eat locally. He is a wonderful host and very friendly guy. The rooms are spacious ,clean and comfortable and super budget friendly, there is kitchen that you can use, a covered seating area where you can enjoy watching the ocean and the daily life of fishing boats and their catch of day. The people in this village will make your stay feel wonderful , they love to talk with you and are always smiling and happy to see you. I stayed here for 10 days and loved every minute. Location to local restaurants a short walk away and the beach on your door step was perfect.. Plus the people here are super friendly ,kind and warm. I won't forget Anicia Beach House,and when I come back to Negombo it will be my go to place to stay and know that Pathum and my clean room will be their waiting for me . 🙏😊😊🙏🙏

There was nothing I did not like, for the price it's a real deal and authentic as you can get

The room is fairly basic (bring your own blanket) but works just fine. The staff were helpful and arranged us transport. There was a kitchen but it was a bit of a mess so really only good for the quick snack

Clean room and bathroom bed comfy WiFi good beside sea if you want a dip. Brekkie was available got towels for price very good
