SKG Serenity Suite

The location and the interior of the apartment are probably the best things about it. You are close to the centre and you have everything around you, restaurants, cafés, stores etc. Outside of the building there is an excellent paid parking, with 24/7 survailance - I highly recommend it since the owner was really nice and available at any time if you want to pick up your car. We paid 18 euros for 24 hours. The suite was clean and cozy. I love the both terraces it has and that there were mosquito nets. The check-in instructions were clear, and it was pretty easy to find the apartment. Would probably go there again.

The shower head was broken. It was manageable but it's like you are showering with a hose. Also, there were no warm blankets, just thin ones. Something that no one mentiones is that although the location is great, the neighborhood itself is not really safe. There are some pretty shady people around the building and also in one of the other apartments, there is this man who has some kind of disorder and yells all night long. You could hear him right in your bedroom while you are supposed to be sleeping. The parking owner mentioned that this happens a lot, so it's something casual, and not just when we were staying. It's pretty scary

Searching on internet, we loved this apartment, which seemed to be to our taste. Arriving there, we liked it due to many strong points it has (large, quiet, well situated etc.). But it has a BIG BIG problem with cleanliness!!!!!!!!! Either the maid makes a superficial cleaning, saying that she does her job well and the owner/host just trust his/her, or the owner himself also knows that the apartment is not clean, which is very serious problem. A LOT OF HAIR everywhere: on the floor, on towels, on beds. We didn't even touch the cutlery or anything else in the kitchen, for fear of getting sick. Dirty fridge, dirty filters of AC! And the host assured me they were clean!!!! In fact, he did not check them at all!!!! To see for yourself, see the attached pictures!!!

It was very clean. Each room has air conditioning and TV. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice kitchen and living room. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby. Good apartments!

The shower head is not comfortable and the water pressure is weak. The shower tray is small and the curtain is too long. These are the only disadvantages of excellent apartments.

This location is really closte to the downtown of the City. The bedrooms are quiet and modern stylish. The living room and the kitchen is spacious. It has two nice balcony. The owner was really kind and helpful! The parking is really easily done in close parking houses too. Plenty of restaurants and chilled food/drink shops in the neighbourhood. Aristoteles Square is app 10 minute walk. I recommend this location to anyone!
