Great location in Bandra

Needs upgrading. It’s probably a 1or 2 star. Just general refurb required.

I don’t like anything in this property and we can’t say it’s a hotel.

It was not worth to the money and all facilities are totally disappointing.

Did not like anything about the place. A total rip off. The pictures shown on booking.com are all false . Daylight robbery.

The overall condition of the accommodation was extremely disappointing for the price we paid for one night was almost 8k unbelievable .The room had an unpleasant odor, lacked sufficient toilet rolls and tissues, and the bathroom was outdated with a rusted shower. The soap dispensers were dirty and broken, and the presence of cockroaches was unacceptable. Additionally, the fridge was not functioning, the bedsheets were rough, and the bath towels were discoloured. This was the worst accommodation we have experienced. The entrance, building, and reception area were all poorly maintained and uninviting.

The location of the property is really good.

Location was excellent

Run down. Also they cancelled the first night because I was arriving after midnight and had no way of paying them. They could not take money of my card as they are not authorised? I specifically told them I would arrive after midnight but they cancelled my booking. I then rebooked for the next night.

The property was absolutely horrible and the staff were absolutely horrible especially the people that the reception I would never book a room there ever again worst place ever the pictures are different compared to the hotel on the website
