Location was good. Friendly staff.

Hotel was very shabby. The entrance..the place for breakfast. There is also no hand shower. We had carried all out toiletries. The hotel.is located at such a prime location that if they renovate the place it will be good. The hotel definately needs renovation big time.

My room, especially bathroom required serious renovation. Hadn't been maintained for too many years. Tile work falling off by the bath. Don't know where the water supply came from? but tap water actually stank like sewage water! Couldn't clean my teeth with it! You get what you pay for, but avoid this one!, sorry!

Nothing to like about this property.

Been the worst experience for a hotel stay out of all my travels. I had a 3 nights booking for a Deluxe Double Room between 14-17 March which costed me about INR4k/night. I checked in late around 8pm. I was stunned at the room allocated to me- the walls were leaking, paint was coming off the ceiling and falling, the closet were infected by mites, there was stains left by insect bites. The flooring was very unhygienic and dirty. I am posting the photos as well. You have to call for breakfast and it is in room. No restaurant. I got 2 slices of bread, omelette, tea and some cut fruits. The food along cutlery was least appealing, pathetic. The next day I went to the manager to inform I want to check out a day earlier. He said he has to check with his senior and never got back. I had to personally go to the reception and they said they cannot refund as need 24hrs prior notification. When I complained about the room condition, they shifted me to another room which was just okay but of no benefit to me as I checked out in the evening to catch a late flight. So I practically paid for the 3rd night but did not use it.
