Great location, good host friendly and replied to messages . Lovely apartment, great for groups and the kids loved the pool table

Location was superb - 5 mins walk from station, Sainsbury, seafront, tram, bars and restaurants etc. Lots of space (we were 9 adults but can sleep 14), nicely decorated, very clean, bright and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool table! Good showers and lovely bathrooms too, even if the sinks are tiny. Landlady lovely although we had little interaction as we had no problems :)

Only a couple of minor points - central location can be a bit noisy at weekends, dining table seats 8 and sofas for 6 so if you have 14 staying you will need to eat in shifts and/or sit on the floor in the lounge area.

Property was lovely and all guests had more than enough space for a comfortable stay. The location was great and would definitely recommend staying here if you have a big group. The host communicated brilliantly which was a big help.
