"Disappointing and quite a few of the staff were unapproachable and totally unfriendly"

Location is close to the main temple - that's the only positive

Basin in the bathroom was very dirty. No hot water in the early parts of the morning - only after 8:30am Room towels were not changed regularly - only when asked to replace Bedding was not changed at all
