USEverything - the lobby area, the room (including private balcony with stunning views views), the gym/spa (incl. the most beautiful heated pool I've ever swam in), and of course, the restaurant with a great blend of local and int'l dishes. And oh, the service - top notch in every department,
Only one minor issue - the room key would get deactivated if you stepped out of the hotel without leaving the key at the lobby and informing them.

PKBeautiful hotel altogether, great location, great pool and gym facilities, game room, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, everything was available. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, just like any other Serena hotel
One of the restaurants was closed while we were visiting, they had pizza on the menu which we wanted to indulge in, however they said they can not make it for us and serve it in the restaurant we were eating at
