AESeems to be the best available hotel in Hunza Fantastic service, excellent amenities, super cosy interiors. I would say a tremendous job has been done by the management who set up this property, which I believe is the newest among Serena hotels in Pakistan
A bit disappointing is the fact that they do not provide transfers from Gilgit airport. Very surprising for such an upscale hotel. Thank you for sharing a local driver contact, but if I were you guys, I would consider introducing transfer service. Another drawback, although minor, is poor sound insulation. While in a room, you can hear everything going on in the corridor loud and clear.
PKPKPKProfessional and friendly staff. Property location and infrastructure 👍. Food and services amazingly marvellous. Last but not least, never found anywhere in Pakistan that minibar in room was complimentary. Means HUNZA Serena Hotel value their hospitality not money.
