The food at the restaurant can be improved

The new building, Family club, has big rooms. Nice view to the sea. Restaurant quite fast and good quality for reasonable peice compared to other restaurants in Mamaia Nord. Included breakfast is diverse with changes daily, and alwais fresh. 2 pools available, a new one, bigger in the new location. Entertainment for kids, playground in the court, in the building, on the beach. Sunbeds included. Seawater is not too deep, it is perfect for kids, while the beach is just in front of the hotel. It is very close to Lidl, then Penny and then Kaufland (in Navodari). You cand go to Corbu beach ( Ancora beach pub was ok).

The souroundings behind, an eternal construction in Mamaia Nord. But near the hotel there is not so crowded with building like in Mamaia nord.

Property was superb, you could see the beach right from the balcony. Beach was also nice with wood sunbeds and they provided with a very good pad to sit on it. Hotel also provided beach towels. The food was good, both the breakfast that was included but also the lunch/dinners that we paid for there.

The fact that the swimming pool was not heated. Water a bit cold in June. We had to share the pool, the one at Luxury was not open( don’t think it ever was opened) as the water was green and they were installing the showers when we left. It wous have been nice to also have the umbrellas at the pool for shade. The sunbeds at the pool were crowded, luckily in June there were few people

Totul a fost conform așteptărilor,plaja foarte aproape, piscina exterioara frumos amenajata, camera curata,mare, frumos amenajata.

La restaurant meniul trebuie sa fie mai bogat și toate produsele din meniu sa fie disponibil

Marele avantaj al acestui hotel este pozitionarea langa plaja. Camerele sunt spatioase, de apreciat ca s-a facut curatenie in fiecare zi. Mancarea este gustoasa si variata, nimic de reprosat din acest punct de vedere.

Cu siguranta, serviciile din restaurant se pot imbunatati. Aproape in fiecare dimineata, se epuizau foarte repede canile si paharele si exista un delay pana erau aduse altele. La servirea mesei de dimineata, mi-ar fi placut sa existe mai multe optiuni de mancare sanatoasa pentru copilasii sub 3 ani. De asemenea, a existat un interval in timpul zilei (aprox. ora 16) in care nu puteai comanda de mancare la restaurantul hotelului. De mentionat ca pentru un weekend destul de calduros, un mare dezavantaj a fost faptul ca sistemul de climatizare nu a functionat.

Mic dejun f bun, diversificat,cafeaua buna. Camere f mari spatioase si f curate. Prosoape de plaja zilnic . Ofera sezlonguri gratuite pe toata durata sejurului astfel ca nu e nevoie sa mergi de dimineata sa prinzi un loc nici la piscina nici la plaja . Plaja curata si aerisita . Au spatiu de joaca pt copii si piscina mica pt ei . Personalul fff atent, era instruit constant. Mâncarea restaurantului f buna . Exista un spa cu sauna saluna si dusuri emotionale si un game room cu darts,biliard, ps si altele gratuite. Parcare suficientă pt toata lumea. Raport calitate pret f bun . Ce mi-a placut cel mai mult este ca nu sunt disperati sa verifice bratari sau mai stiu eu ce . Atmosfera este f relaxata. Domnii de la receptie f amabili si ofera tt informatiile de care ai nevoie. Bravo ! Ne-am simtit excelent !

Micul dejun excelent, curatenia de nota 10, faptul ca ai plaja peste drum, sala de jocuri, personalul de la hotel

Nu ai posibilitatea sa bei o cafea inainte de ora 8 😊. Restaurantul aglomerat si servirea dureaza. La pranz am asteptat peste o ora.
