Matai Street Manor

It's a great house with a huge potential but needs a bit more love and cleaning, especially kitchen area. Location, fenced patio, lots of space, proximity to the store and lake.

Position of the house was excellent for both walks around the lake and walking into Te Anau

In email before arrival was advised continental breakfast was provided this consisted of two cereals along with one chocolate bar for four people X three nights not what you would expect, also no washing up liquid or washing powder, all of the above specifically noted in email. If you are not providing then please do not specify.

Clean everywhere , comfortable beds.

We were promised a continental breakfast and tea/coffee. But left over cereal in open container and empty coffee jar is not what we would expect.

Comfortable family accommodation with garden. 10 mins walk to lakeside and main street for eateries and shops.

The place was clean, spacious and was well equipped. The location was very good, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the lake.
