Mangwon Lucky Stay

Easy acceas to subway and mangwon market. Good restaurants in walking distance.

The place was basically in the basement which should be clearly stated in the description. I was told it was firsr floor. It has a bad mildew issue due to no ventilation in the bathroom/shower. The 2 large mattresses were on the floor with little to no room for large suitcases and inconvenient. Also, there are 2 rooms but the bedding was on the 2 beds in 1 room so we had to move bedding to the other room. The bathroom ceiling is very low, the place has a mildew smell and the added perfumes was only making beathing even more difficult. It wasn't a great stay but we got through it due to the host being nice and bringing out another humidifier. If you have allergies, asthma or breathing issues, I would recommend against staying here.

The place was very clean and cosy. Location was good and only a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus/train stop.

The bathroom layout is a little awkward, as the ceiling is low.

I liked the area where the hotel is located. The apartment is very cozy, there is everything you need for living. Very beautiful comfortable apartment. There is a market nearby, be sure to go.

Very decently equipped accomodation. It's clean, cozy and very comfortable for 3 people (could accommodate more if you dont plan to eat it in too often!). The AC unit in each room and the dehumidifier do a great job. The host responded very quickly to my messages through booking.com. Location is great, there is a subway station a few minutes away as well as a big market, a grocery store, a convenience store and so many restaurants and cafes (I personally fell in love with Dopamine cafe right behind).

This was not a problem for us but I want to mention that the bathroom ceiling is very low, which could make showering a little uncomfortable if you're above 5'9.

I love every thing about the property and location.. I give 10/10.. Mangwon-dong is a great place to stay, i like the vibes and the people. Mangwon lucky stay is super clean and comfortable to stay for 6 people.. The toiletries is complete, shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste, tissue and provide enough towel. Complete kitchen. The owner very helpfull and reply msg promptly. I will come back again.

No washing machine, but the owner promise to provide in future for long stay guest..
