No signage of the name of the property on the road and dark when u enter

There were ants on the bed,everything else was great

Tanaka was so nice to us

1. We could not find any information sign to te us were we are. We went up and down in Anne Street. 2 When I phone the lady was very rude and blapheme. She got upset when I asked her to sent a pin. I could not hear a word what she says. I really think that a receptionist must taught that you don't say "whaaat" to customer over a phone, and she must be able to speak English and not brabble on a phone. 3. The room Smelled of smoke 4. Nobody informed us to bring our on dstv detail with. She was very unhelpful about the TV. 5. There is no parking available. Thanks but no thanks I will never ever go back.

Its not the 1st time visiting this place i like that its quite.

Shu i was very dissapointed .We spend 30 Minutes at the gate hooting with no one to attend us , Then the one bedroom apartment that i have booked has now changed to a Bacholer and they dont tell us its like false advertising. The TV was brought when we in the room ,nout mounted properly no remote so we couldnt even use it . The 1st time when we bathed with cold water cause there wasnt hot water till next day. For someone who went there the 3rd time i didnt like this at all. 🥹😔😔😔😔
