Property was excellent but the noise from surrounding pubs made it a bit hard to sleep at night.

Best Aspects - Location, comfortable, warm, spacious

Construction site on ground floor restaurant renovation made coming and going from the building not great - not noisy construction more messy. Building itself is quite old, elevator etc. There was a vent on the roof that would fire up for approx an hr at a time and it was loud in the rear bedroom trying to sleep

The listing says 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as three couples we were expecting our own bathrooms, the third bedroom was very small with no windows.

Great apartment. Wonderful location and great views. The apartment is so big. Loved having all that space. Beautifully decorated too.

Nothing not too like. Only small negative is that there is no parking at the site, but we parked our car across the road in parking area that is free from 6pm to 8am.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Queenstown. Excellent for any with mobility issues since you can walk around town without navigating hills. Decor is high end, views spectacular.

The property is top notch, the amenities are first class, and the view are some of the best in all of Queenstown.

The only issue was both a pro and a con. The location was so good and so central to Queenstown that it was a bit noisy at night, especially on Friday and Saturday night. The bars are open and loud until 4:00 AM. But, if that is what you are there to enjoy, then the location is perfect. And even though I was in bed before midnight, I still highly recommend because of all the other positive attributes.
