No contaban con telefonos en las habitaciones para realizar consultas

Great view from the room, restaurant has a lot of options to choose from so everyone gets to eat what they like and the location of the hotel is very practical because it has access to the river and more.

When we got to the hotel the hot tub was not working but we reached to one of the staff guys and they fixed the issue asap so we could have a great time on it.

Das Essen war immer gut. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte probiert und wir waren immer zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut und der Zugang zum See war auch toll. Das Personal war zuvorkommend.

Die Anlage ist ziemlich veraltet. Man sollte definitiv die Zimmer renovieren.

Just that our jacuzzi didn’t work at the time!

The grounds are nice, I saw a giant iguana and there are loads of agoutis (looks like a cat sized kangaroo squirrel with no tail) that eat from your hand in the restaurant. You can kayak for free, pool was empty a lot (possibly because the weather wasn't good). Very picturesque, looks better in photos than real life though

The room was awful. There wasn't any creatures (I have a big phobia) but it's the kind of room where you expect to see them. Room was dirty even after being cleaned. Aircon was super loud even with earplugs. No coffee making in room. Hotel doesn't speak any English (doesn't claim to). There's nothing to do in the area except the castle that takes all of 5 minutes

The food at the restaurant was delicious!! The staff was accommodating and were willing to help with some issues we had with the room. 👍

The staff had to move us to 3 different rooms because on the 1st one the a/c went out and 2nd room had a lot of mosquitoes in it.
