Cozy Place Anuva Residences

The property guards are wonderful—very friendly and accommodating—the management of the unit itself is a different story. I’ve stayed here several times, but the host's lack of response to my requests and the non-functional Wi-Fi have made this my last visit. It’s a shame because the building staff makes you feel welcome, but the unit owner does not.

​Service: Poor communication. They ignored my requests and are never ready for check-in on time. ​Connectivity: No Wi-Fi. The host said they weren't aware and never fixed it. ​Comfort: No AC in the living/dining area—it gets very hot. Only 2 chairs for the table. ​Pool: Completely unusable and dirty. ​

The unit was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities such as a fast internet connection and a smart TV. The kitchen was fully equipped and felt like a home away from home, with the bathroom being spotless and well-maintained. The owners provided toothbrush, soap, and shampoo, making it easy to get ready for the day. Overall, the we highly recommend this property for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The only thing that slightly detracted from my experience was the lack of Netflix. I did notice was that the owners were not always available to answer questions promptly via phone or the app. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend this property to others. The location was convenient, the unit was clean and comfortable, and the owners were generally helpful. Overall, I would definitely book this property again in the future.
