Park Farm

It was simply charming. Everyone, staff and guests, seemed infused with the same pleasantness. Parking, opening the door, sitting at breakfast was all a pleasure because of the gentility of the surroundings and people.

Just a few minutes drive from Windsor centre and Legoland. We stayed in a double bedroom which was a good size.

We stayed in the middle of a heat wave, which no one has control over. However, we were only supplied with a tiny fan which didn’t help to cool down the room. A more upmarket model might have helped more. We slept with the windows open to let some cool air in but the farm is right on the main road so bring your earplugs if you struggle with noise. The bathroom has a window but you can’t open it which meant that we could literally be in there for a few minutes before it became a sauna. Also, it was clean but not spotless. We found some hair in the bath.

The location was fantastic. All the information in the room regarding transport etc. The Prince Albert pud over the road was excellent food and atmosphere was really good. The breakfast options were really good cooked fresh amazing.

Great B&B -Good location 30 minute walk to the town centre or £7 in a taxi - Caroline the host extremely helpful with recommendations and a lovely lady. Room was clean and tidy with everything you need, even ear plugs, provided. Breakfast was excellent cereals and fresh cooked breakfast. Recommend

Everything was great - just my personal preference but pillows were a bit soft.

Our host, Caroline, was so friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful! Our stay was in The Long Walk room which overlooked the front of the property. The shower was great and had plenty of space, as did the lovely decorated room! Although there was a busy road infront, the sound of traffic was absorbed by the hedge at the side of the parking area. Very easy to find accommodation and reasonably close to Windsor and local shops with a pub chain restaurant right across the road. The traffic is controlled with lights so the road is easy to cross! Breakfast was hot and tasty and there was a selection of very yummy homemade cake, packaged croissants etc, fruit and yoghurt.

I am so sorry, but, for me, we were unable to enjoy the comfort of the good quality i-gel mattress (it was underneath) as there is a large, thick sheet of memory foam over the mattress. I guess the mattress has been damaged(?) I am sure it will be replaced soon but the memory foam made me extremely hot and wasn't that comfortable. I would like to stay again but I would not like to use that particular mattress again. maybe I am too fussy but I always use my own pillow for health reasons unfortunately, the pillows didn't have the best pillow slips plus the pillows need covers inside the pillow slips.

Very welcoming host, nothing too much trouble. We needed an earlier than normal breakfast to start a charity walk which Caroline did with a smile. The Laundry Room was a nice size and the bath very welcome after our 26 mile walk. The location is easy to find, with parking on site. Good pub food and a convenience store directly opposite were a good asset too.

The bed and chairs were so comfortable. So cozy, it was like being at grandma's house. Very conveniently located. Wonderful breakfast as well.

Nothing it was perfect!

Caroline was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also more than ample with a wide variety of choices hot and cold. Caroline clearly takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming B&B Location is good as the 702 bus to Windsor stops near Park Farm
