Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana in questo appartamento in zona tranquilla, discreta e vicina al centro. Casa spaziosa con giardino, funzionale e pulitissima!!! I proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili! La casa è a pochi minuti di macchina dal mare. Noi abbiamo vissuto la zona per una vacanza al mare ma la posizione è perfetta per visitare il territorio. Grazie Andrea e Laura!

Bellissimo appartamento, curato in ogni dettaglio e in una posizione perfetta. La vostra gentilezza ha reso questa esperienza ancora più bella. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Das Appartement ist sehr modern eingerichtet & sehr sauber. Andrea & Laura sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Es gibt einen Parkplatz. Top Lage, ruhig gelegen, wenige Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Supermärkte in der Nähe.

We spent 6 nights in Da Andrea apartment in August 2024. It is a prefect place for everyone, however it is especially friendly to families with children. We had the entire lower floor of the house at our disposal with living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. We travel quite a lot and this apartment stands out from the others. First of all it is extremely clean, we attach great importance to cleanliness and this place meets the highest standards. All the equipment is also new, not damaged, everything works. The owners - Andrea and his wife Laura - are exceptionally nice and helpful. Laura baked a cake for our arrival, believe me it was worth driving almost 1500 km to only have the opportunity to eat such a delicious pastry! They advised us very often what to do and visit in Fano and the surrounding area. When I had a problem on the motorway (the machine did not issue a ticket and there was a risk of receiving a high fine) I managed to avoid a fine thanks to Andrea's personal involvement. Fano is a great place for both relaxation and sightseeing. There are two beaches (sandy and rocky), many monuments, lots of restaurants. Nearby are San Marino, Urbino (listed on the UNESCO list) and many other interesting places. It is also worth mentioning that the prices are not as high as in other places in Italy. I recommend Da Andrea apartment, it would be great if all the apartments we rent during our travels presented such a high standard as this one.
