Właściciel nie informuje , że nie możesz wjechać na teren starego miasta. W kuchni wyposażenie bardzo słabe. Można by było postawić chociażby oliwę , cukier , sól. Wilgoć. Mega ponure mieszkanie. Głośno.

ottimo monolocale, pulito, attrezzato, location perfetta in pieno centro storico. Il soppalco è molto carino. Dotato di 2 climatizzatori, microonde e bollitore, e altro. Letto comodo. Per 1-2 persone è una soluzione ideale

Sicuramente la posizione, in centro ad Alghero è facile da raggiungere

La struttura è un po trasandata, le foto non rispecchiano la verità. Non abbiamo trovato quello che di solito si trova negli appartamenti tipo tutto L utile per poter cucinare. E quando ho chiesto al proprietario il perché mi è stato risposto che le donne delle pulizie probabilmente le avevano finite.

"Gut gelegen, aber zu teuer für die Ausstattung."

Die Lage war perfekt, man ist direkt in der Altstadt und kommt überall zu Fuß hin

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen: In der Küche gab es das Nötigste, das Bad hatte einige Baustellen. Der Duschschlauch tropfte und die Duschwanne hatte einen Sprung, das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nur langsam ab und der Boiler hat getropft. Dann hatten wir einen Tag kein warmes Wasser. Allerdings hat der Vermieter reagiert und einen Klempner geschickt, der einen neuen Boiler montiert hat.
