Property was super clean, super cosy, the owners have done everything to provide you with a stay as at your home away from home. Very responsive in communication and providing with all conveniences for a memorable stay in the center of Kalamata

Nothing I didn’t not like. Value for money for sure. Would consider staying at the property again if I were to travel again to this city for any other purposes

Access once found parking was excellent. WiFi easy to access. A great comfortable stay with all essentials and extras provided. Mikalis super helpful when finding the accommodation was difficult due to sat nav difficulties. Always available if needed!

Booking .com directions not helpful at all. Same problem when trying to find a previous address on Kythira Island. No problem at the property at all .

I can recommend the Central Comfy Home for off season (autumn / winter / spring) accomodation in Kalamata city center for a short or even a longer stay. Some of the impressive pro points are: a perfect kitchen for cooking your own food, including Vicko brand pans and pots in immaculate condition, a mikro wave owen, a Nespresso style coffee maker; Very good anatomical bed and high standard bed linen; Very good bath/shower also with premium towels. Also the street is reasonalble quiet so you may even on most nights sleep windows open (all of the windows face the street); The whole apartment block is well maintained including the cleaning of the halls and an exellent and safe elevator; Host was also helpful by providing some shopping items as we arrived on time when shops were closed. Also some seasonal decorations and sweat treats gave a perfect first impression; We also liked very much the use the blacony for relaxed breakfasts. The building opposite seemed not to be used much so the appartment offered a private athmosphere.

There were also some negative sides which would not however stop us to staying there another time: The apartment has some carpets that gather easily dust, eg the living room mat with long fibers attached. These could be a slight problem to persons with breathing/dust sensitibities. There was however a very good vacuum cleaner in the aprtment which helped the matter; All of the other appliances were very good but the mechanical Whirlpool washing machine was not up the general standard. Also the plumbing seemed to let some water to wet the bathroom floor when using the washing machine. Considering the reasonable nightly rate it was OK to use the coin laundry nearby for washing and drying the clothes; As I mentiond the host was very nice to provide some seasonal touches and do some shopping for us. The hosts tells in the information provided in the apartment that they live in the vicinity. The hosts communication lacked some essential things like introducing themselves (which of the two hosts I was talking to in messaging app?). Also we would have appreciated a personal visit by the host(s) to explain a few things such as the use of tv or washing machine, the Netflix etc considering we we staying for a whole week. The hosts communicated only through apps and keys were left in a keybox.
