Sapa Chill Retreat

Excellent location... just 2 mins walk from Center, Breakfast was on top floor... and the view from there was just amazing... Ms Thao who handles the retreat was very helpful and she took outmost care of what we require... my family loved it.

The room was nice, and organized the beds were comfy and the staff is helgful

There was mold in the room and the smell was really strong, the hotel is on a very steep hill and wasnt easy to carry our luggage up and down the hill

I love the view of the mountains from our room.

There’s an incline going up to the property and stairs to go up to our room. I guess it’s my bad I’m not that fit, I always had to catch my breath 😅

Staff was fantastic and friendly! Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is off a non-busy hill, which was great because it wasn't noisy or much street traffic. Breakfast and laundry was great too. Highly recommend.

Liked everything. There wasn't anything bad about the place. There was a hill to get to the hotel, which takes about 30 seconds to walk up, but that wasn't a bad thing.

Staff’s attitude is good, environment is also good, all basic facilities is equipped well. This hotel have a good vibes, and its location is very strategic, near the Sun Plaza and all the city’s street.

This hotel don’t have escalators, the staff will help you to carry the luggage to the room, but u need to walk upstairs and downstairs whenever u go back and go out. The location is located uphill, need to climb up a slope before reach the hotel, so it is not so geriatrics friendly, but no problem for young people.
