"I was there for my daughter’s track meet and it wasn’t what I expected pictures needed to be updated"

The phones didn’t work, our refrigerator was wobbly and items would fall out when opening. Tub was dirty before arriving

"Everything except where we ate was great."

The staff at the restraint could use some training. And they certainly are not bartenders

A little confusion about where we were to have happy hour. Spent a little too much downstairs when we had free drinks on our 8th floor. 8th floor service for happy hour and breakfast was great but at the food place on 1st floor they need help and could use a full time real bartender.Need music.
