Vibrant Leith Flat

Very nice comfortable flat. Multiple bus stops nearby.

Could hear the neighbors tv through the bedroom wall into the wee hours of the morning.

The apartment was in pristine condition. Situated in a lovely quiet street, the property was beautifully kitted out. It is not a very large apartment but perfectly comfortable for two. There was a generous supply of tea, coffee and milk in the flat when we arrived. It has excellent facilities and is in a reasonably central location. We found the property to be good value relative to other properties during the festival season and would definitely stay there again. I really can't think of much if anything to fault...5 stars.

The only thing I can think of is the little staircase as soon as you enter the internal front door as I nearly tripped not expecting the steps when we arrived but still delighted with the apartment.

The place is really beautiful, very clean, I booked it for my sister and my brother in law and they just loved it.

Very quiet neighborhood, spotlessly clean and very well equipped

This was a very cosy flat. A lot of thought has gone into the kitchen area, very modern and clean. We cooked every night without issue. Bedroom was bright and bed comfortable:) The flat is a few minutes walk from the canal, enjoyed wonderful evening strolls. Very clear instructions where given for key box.

The couch wasn’t the most comfortable as the cushions shifted easily. On arrival the toilet stunk of cigarette smoke, maybe from a neighbours flat maybe the cleaner, it shifted after a couple of hours and never returned. The toilet flush wasn’t very good sometimes needing 4 tries:( The flat was a 35-40 minute walk into town which may pose a problem to some, we were happy to walk and have a nose! Buses went into town from the bottom of the street but we never used them so don’t know the cost or timetable. As you open the flat door you have about 5 steps going down, never an issue for us but worth noting.
