La Maison

A beautiful, immaculately presented, scrupulously clean and comfortable home with every possible guest need anticipated. We enjoyed comfortable beds with really high-quality linens and the stylish bathroom had a view to die for. The air con was also extremely efficient. Even the parking was in the shade to keep the car cool. Our hosts were a delight to deal with from start to finish and really made us welcome. They were also super quick to respond to any questions we had or help when needed. You will need a car or transport, being a little way out from Gaios but the hosts will also help you with car hire if needed. We can’t rate this villa highly enough – we’ll be back!

An extra sharp knife in the kitchen is the only improvement that could be made.

Το σπίτι ήταν καταπληκτικό σε κάθε τομέα, πολύ προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρο. Φαίνεται πως έχει φτιαχτεί με αγάπη και μεράκι. Η διαμονή μας ήταν άψογη και νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

This is one of the most gorgeous properties that I’ve had the pleasure of staying in: clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and with a charming little garden that is well-tended. It is located in a secluded but easily accessed area which we found to be rather convenient. Our host was also very kind and informative; I don’t think we could’ve booked a better place in Paxos!

There’s no air-conditioning on the ground floor

1.) The lady who accommodated us and cleaned us seemed very nice. Every time we met, she greeted us with a smile. 2.) Daily cleaning was a nice surprise. I especially appreciated taking the used toilet paper out of the bathroom and cleaning the dishes. 3.) Quick response from the host via WhatsApp. When we had a question, he always helped us with his answer. 4.) The accommodation corresponded to the photos. Beautifully furnished house.

1.) I was surprised that the lady who accommodated us could not speak English, but with the help of pantomime we managed it. 2.) Air conditioning was only in the bedrooms on the first floor. We lacked air conditioning on the ground floor, where there was a kitchen, dining room and living room. Although the house is made of stone and accumulates well, it was not enough for us in this extreme heat.

Everything! The cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The facilities were very well stocked with everything we needed. The place had beautiful views and the hosts were beyond friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed so much our stay at La Maison, feeling like at home in this beautiful island. It was special experience for us and we defenitely would like to come back again and to discover other paths and hidden gems in Paxi. Everything, dream house, the first moment we came in we were amazed by the beauty and the cleanliness of the house , exceeded our expectations.
