"Failed to send details of how get into the flat!"

Awful! After numerous attempts to find out how to get access to the property (phone calls/voicemail/messages/what's app) I had to check my family (Me, my Wife my 4 year old and 6 year old) into a hotel at 8pm. When I finally got a response to my messages my children were asleep in the hotel room. The person who contacted me still failed to provide any method of me accessing the property. I finally received information on how to access the property the following morning at 7am. The person who contacted me was totally unapologetic and unhelpful. They said they could not cancel/refund me for the stay which I was unable to use. I now have no choice but to ask my credit card company to recover the costs for me.
