Personalul este foarte amabil, ne-a oferit numeroase informații și sugestii pentru a petrece o seară minunată în oraș, iar locația are o amplasare foarte bună, aproape de centrul orașului. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, căldură plăcută în cameră, iar dotările oferite fac sejurul agreabil.

Personal foarte amabil, curățenie, foarte aproape de Piața Mihai Viteazu, cafea la discreție (exista un expresor pe fiecare etaj), loc de parcare, căldură, bucătărie complet utilată, etc.
Am simțit lipsa unui veioze (lampă pentru citit) și a unei măsuțe.
