Seagem Motel and Apartments

I love th place. I've been there a couple of times and I find it an amazing place. Staff is kind and helpful. I greatly recommend it.

Very outdated, however, it was clean. I can attest because I brought my Lysol wipes and they didn't pick up any dust or dirt. I also bring my sheets and blankets when traveling to the Jersey Shore. I stripped the bed and checked for any little critters; it was clean. The refrigerator was missing racks, but it kept my drinks cold. Prime location, literally right down the block from the beach and boardwalk. Pleasant desk attendant both when checking in and out. Another bonus - two locks and a chain to lock the door. Great for a woman traveling alone. Overall all it's a decent place to rest your head for a couple of days. You can't beat their prices.

The walls are paper-thin. I could hear other people's TVs, people walking outside, and talking!

It was nice that it was a block from the beach

The blinds were broken, the dresser was missing drawers, the fire extinguisher didn't work and wasn't full, there was a leak in the kitchen, there was a plastered hole in the door, there was hair die on the shower curtains and the bathroom walls, no toilet paper holder, black mold on the shower ceiling, the piping of the toilet was duck taped to the wall, the shower knob was missing a chunk of the metal, the pull out bed was thinner then bread and very springy had to buy a cushion topper, they had a coffee maker with no pot, the fridge was missing shelves and drawers and im sure im missing more...

The AC was great! Rooms were spacious and clean.

Could use a table for sitting/eating. Couch wasn't too comfortable to sit. Parking situation also needs regulated - people parking poorly made it really difficult to get to the back spots. New blinds!

Location to the beach and boards was great.

Very loud until 4 or 5 a.m., ants, dirty bathroom, broken table, plus much more.
