Lite jobbigt med alla trapporna men det fungerade bra

Camera nuova, pulita e spaziosa con finestra vista campanile del centro. Silenziosa di notte. Posizione perfetta, vicino a supermarket vari, traghetti e centro città. Proprietari simpatici e disponibili. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Ho apprezzato tutto, se posso dare un consiglio é di sostituire gli asciugamani perché un po' ruvidi

Un alojamiento perfecto cerca del centro de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta y los dueños del alojamiento parecen tus familiares. Te reciben, te dan conversación y te suben las maletas. Son muy agradables y el último día hasta nos invitaron a desayunar. Es como ir a casa de tus tíos. La habitación comodísima y no dejaron chocolate y limonada en el frigorífico.

Todo espectacular, nada malo.

The location was excellent and the hosts were very welcoming. Everything was spotless and very comfortable.

This is a great location if you are arriving or leaving from Split by bus or ferry, which I was, only 5 minutes walk and a few blocks up the hill. It's across from the green market with lots of fresh fruit, and 1 block to the waterfront and the old city. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with great AC. Ivana is a lovely welcoming host, and made everything easy. This room was a decent value for Split in high season, but I found Split in July quite expensive compared to elsewhere in Croatia on this same trip. The kebab place on the corner is fantastic BTW; cash only.

For people with mobility issues, note that the rooms are up two flights of narrow stairs. The room itself and shower are accessible once inside. Unfortunately I had a noisy group of neighbors who came back from partying after 1 am and woke me. I had to ask them to shut their doors and stop shouting in the hall. I don't blame the hosts for Split in the summer, but maybe groups of visitors need friendly reminders not to disturb other guests after midnight.
