Friendly staff, very good food
No consistency with my great experience in Fern Hotel in Mumbai such as (before changing rooms) not clean floor, smell, malfunctioning toilet. Also no pre notice on non operating bar.

Not a professional hotel. I had booked a stndard room with breakfast through hotels.com. Despite this I was asked to pay for breakfast. I tried to reason with the fromt office staff that my booking shows breakfast and showed them the booking but they did not accept it. Even hotels.com staff communicated with them but they were adamant on their stance that the booking does not include free breakfast. Had to pay eventually for breakfast.

Great room and service. The hotel is located on Mall road and is quite near to Lawrence road which has lots of food and shopping options. Recommended for both family and business travelers incl. budget conscious travelers
