The environment it's very good The service from the receptionists good

The blinds in my room where damaged they couldn't close ,I had to fix them to close because I could see the outside view while I was inside and obviously people from outside could see me inside. I was not comfortable at all . One of the cleaners while bringing an iron was standing right infront of my door instead of standing on the side of the door outside. Atleast put two body wash in the shower . Phones were just put on the side of the bed not working at all, how do we call for room service?

The only thing missing is the working phone to enable us reach reception easily. We came back very late n wanted to book breakfast but unfortunately phone wasn't working and that was inconveniencing and ended up not able to book or eat breakfast

Very nice facilities, Good spacious shower, large bed that was quite comfortable. Working AC was great to have too.

Toilet smelt a little bad, but during our stay it cleared up. Needed a more easily accessable plug point. Spotted a cocaroach in the bathroom. Needed more towels (especially for 2 people).
