I'd like how the staff trying to communicate even if they cannot speak english.

Well, when we arrive the one in the reception not even bother to entertain us. He just let us wait outside and it's so cold. Hopefully it will not happened again in your future guest

A lot smaller than pictured, but nice views and helpful people

I don’t think they change the sheets, when I stayed the first night and checked the sheets there was blood so pretty gross. They did change them when asked
