la propreté et le calme du site, bien situé

un deuxième lit aurait été mieux que le canapé lit pour des raisons d'intimité. j 'ai demandé un appartement pour 3 adultes mais 2 adultes collègues ont du partagé un grand lit double pendant que le 3 eme dormait sur le canapé lit. ce cet appartment est très bien pour un couple et sa famille mais pas pour des collègues de travail (pas dintimité)

I had a fantastic stay at this spacious apartment in Gouvia. It features a lovely balcony, a large and extremely comfortable bed, and is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The owner has clearly thought of every detail – I’ve never stayed in such a well-prepared apartment before. You can cook, iron, do laundry – everything is provided. The location is also great, just about a 15-minute walk to the beach and the vibrant heart of the town, full of great restaurants and cafes. There’s a designated parking area right in front of the building, which is super convenient, and even a gas station next door if you're traveling by car. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place – it truly felt like a home away from home!

The apartment has been nicely renovated — everything is new, there’s plenty of kitchenware and all necessary appliances. We especially appreciated the washing machine, which is a rare find on Corfu.

However, for us, the positives ended there. When booking, we were guided by the description saying “beachline” and photos showing a sea view. In reality, the apartment is located in an old multi-story building next to a busy four-lane road. From the balcony, instead of a sea view, there’s noise, exhaust fumes, and a gas station across the street. You still need to walk a fair distance to reach the sea — it’s not the view or location shown in the photos. ⠀ So if you’re just looking for a place to sleep — this might be okay. But if you’re on a beach holiday, like we were, this is not the right place. ⠀ Also, there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. We had to cover the drains with towels because it was hard to breathe otherwise.

We absolutely loved this aparment, very cozy, clean, nicely renovated and furnished. It is fully equipped with all kinds of amenities, I really appreciated the attention to small details. Even though the apartment is next to a main road, it was quiet as its windows and terrace are on the back side of the building.

Despite everything being clean, the bathroom sometimes had a bit of unpleasant odour, probably coming from the drain.

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Corfu through Booking and I must say, I absolutely loved it. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine, taking in the breathtaking sunset. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in Corfu.

I truly recommend this accommodation, it was very nice and comfy, very good location to explore the island. The apartment was clean and new, exactly as in the photos. Eda and her husband are really nice and helpful, they recommended us places to visit and restaurants near the apartment. Also the location is quiet and close to one public beach and to shops.
