The room was clean and comfortable. Every thing was available. For the value of the money, it was perfect

Everything -the bedroom was very damp and freezing cold NO heating. the room smelled of cat pee and damp masked by plug-in air freshener which made it worst. And don't ask me what was crawling up the wall in the bedroom

Got Charged £5 to park on the owners driveway which wasn't in the original notification

Nothing, Host was discriminating at all Aspects and refused to even host and Refused to refund also.. and kept saying our ID documents are fake, and he has Zero knowledge of how Uk licenses are made and his argument was why new license doesnt have 10 years of expiry date.. when we told him its because person change the address , licensed is not expired..
