The Lodge

The Lodge was very clean and cosy. We had really good time We definitely go back there🙂

Great location, convenient for the event we were attending. The Lodge was very well equipped. When we arrived it was self check in, door was open for us, (i had not realised this but had received a message I hadn't fully read, I contacted the host and received a very quick and friendly reply) the air conditioner was on, there were 2 porridge pots and 3 eggs, so breakfast was sorted, tea, coffee and milk enough for the 2 nights we were there. The toiletries were proper full sized not the tiny samples you find in hotels. Both bedrooms had a shower. The decking with table, chairs and umbrella was secluded. There was a hot tub, which we didn't use. There was ample kitchen equipment, towels and even a couple of towelling robes! All in all a far better alternative to booking 2 rooms in a hotel.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like!

Quiet location, beds very comfortable. Well equipped for a short stay..Check in very easy

When staying longer, maybe not enough storage space.

Little things such as milk, teabags etc Also towels, toiletries Information pack nice to see

Only thing being that the Mattress in master felt the spring, could do with replacing

Excellent facilities. Every little detail had been thought of including Milk in the fridge and a very much needed air con unit. Very comfortable and clean throughout. Accommodating hosts. Fabulous hot tub.

Outdoor furniture not very comfortable but that's just my personal opinion

We have stayed here before as it is in an excellent location for visiting our relatives who live nearby. Perfect for the 3 of us and the extra luxury of a hot tub.
