i had booked this for myself and 2 children. took 6 hours to be let into the hotel as management was not answering the door or emails he was uncontactable including the emergency number. i was made to wait 6 hours around blackpool with all of our luggage and 2 young children. In unknown man came to help me gain access to the property as he saw me struggling to get in with the key code. we both tried all security code systems and not one of them recognised the code i was given. he then informed me that the owner had a few of these properties on the same street. the manager then came to the door and basically threw the key at me and didn't direct me to my room at all. a different male member of staff let himself into my room and made inappropriate comments to me (a single mother) i was then informed that my room was the wrong one, was showed to the right one and then told it hadn't been made up so had to return to the previous room. this was a cheaper room than id paid for, and no offer of a refund. he then dropped my keys to the floor Infront of his feet and made me pick them up and was smiling at me the entire time. the bedroom itself was fine but the entire street is in disarray with smashed windows, curtains up in the windows, rubbish outside all buildings. when leaving the hotel we saw a man running down the road with a balaclava on shouting up the street. there is no breakfast options and the photo's are from previous owners of the property. when speaking to the local's who think it may be an asylum hotel. I did not feel safe in this hotel and immidetly booked a new one, left the hotel keys and left in a taxi. the manager did no follow up with us either. I would no recommend this hotel at all.

Brilliant place 👏 nothing that I didn't like

Nothing really it was so good and exactly what we were looking for,

It was spotlessly clean and had free parking on the street after 6pm on satuydays

Sadly there were a few things we didn't like. Firstly, after gaining entrance to the building there was nobody to accept us. I pressed a button marked "ring for assistance" 6 times but nobody appeared. At this point my partner knocked on a door marked "private" from which we heard music playing behind. After a minute or so man appeared who clearly had no idea who we were or why we were there. He asked us to take a seat in the lounge and made a few phone calls. After about 20 minutes the manager arrived. After welcoming us to the hotel he explained that he runs 4 hotels and had been busy. The manager then disappeared for about 10 minutes after which he reappeared to give me the keys to our room and said "your room is now ready" I can only conclude that our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm,, a time I had pre arranged and confirmed with the property.. Secondly. On entering the room my partner said she could smell something a little "off" or "sweaty" etc....I did notice something after she mentioned it but it didn't really bother me to be honest. Now, thirdly, and absolutely unacceptable was the lack of hot water in the room. The shower was stone cold as was the bathroom tap and the radiator in the room. There was an electric heater we had to plug in to warm the room up to room temperature which in my opinion was there because the room has absolutely no hot water running. I had been fishing on the beach before checking into this hotel and was desperate for a hot shower to both relax and rid myself of the sand and greasy, fishy grime I had acrewed whilst on the beach..

Room was excellent, was really clean and spacious & there was everything there that we needed, i.e. fridge, fan, microwave & breakfast cereals & fresh milk downstairs if we wanted any. The host Sam was great to talk to & made us feel very welcome. We cannot fault anything about our stay here and would definitely be going back there again.

Size of room & bathroom. Extras - fresh milk & water available. Bathroom, bedding & towels clean. Good TV. Staff helpful & friendly.

Room was tired & furniture etc poor standard. Could not get shower to work. Quite a few stains on carpet. Bath panel very loose. General cleanliness of room under pare - dusty side tables, radiator etc. No wardrobe or hanging space. Remote for TV needs replacing.

Very pleasant stay, room was cosy, and the host Sam was very accommodating. Keep up the good work

La ubicación, la calefacción y la amabilidad del recepcionista, que siempre hizo lo posible para satisfacer las necesidades.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación con características distintas a las que habíamos reservado. Esperamos un rato hasta que nos dieron la que sí que habíamos reservado con tres camas. El hotel necesita más cuidado... el WC tarda casi 10 minutos en llenarse para poder tirar de la cadena. Además cuando llegamos no habían limpiado la tapa del water (había restos de suciedad). Las camas pequeñas son de muelles duros y viejos... no esperes un buen descanso ahí. Por último, llevamos varios meses intentando que nos respondan a una solicitud de factura. Hemos escrito una decena de veces y su respuesta o ha sido nula o nos han dado largas o han dicho que al alojamiento no le correspondía hacer la factura. Si viajas por negocios no es tu hotel. Si viajas en familia, tal vez tampoco sea el hotel para tus hijos. No es definitivamente nuestro hotel.
